キャンセル料（違約金）：
・宿泊日の14日前から：宿泊料金の50%
・宿泊日の7日前から・当日・不泊：宿泊料金の100%

返金について：
当ホテルの責によらない事由によるキャンセルの場合、返金はいたしません。
ただし、当ホテルの都合により宿泊が提供できない場合は、全額返金いたします。

Pricing: Prices are displayed for each accommodation plan (inclusive of consumption tax).
Accommodation tax and other local taxes may apply separately.
Payment Method: Credit card payment (For reservations made through booking platforms, the respective platform’s terms and conditions shall apply.)

Service Delivery: Services will be provided upon completion of the check-in procedure on the day of stay following reservation confirmation.
Additional Charges: Additional fees may apply for late check-out, extra guests, or damages to the room or property.
Cancellation Policy:
• From 14 days prior to the stay date: 50% of the accommodation fee
• From 7 days prior to the stay date, on the day of stay, or in case of no-show: 100% of the accommodation fee
For reservations made via booking platforms, the cancellation policy of each platform shall take precedence.
Refund Policy:
No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to reasons not attributable to the hotel.
In the event that the hotel is unable to provide accommodation due to its own circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
